Advise in relation to Investment funds with specialization in conceptualization, structuring, constitution and formulation of exit strategies for Private Equity Funds
Counsel on structuring the funds in a manner to optimize the tax and transactions including suggestion on selection of overseas tax friendly jurisdictions
Ancillary services provided in relation to Investment funds:-

Initial conceptualization including advice on fees, composition of the Board of Directors, shareholding pattern, identification of key personnel and their appointment, due diligence etc.
